Basketball SA and SA Country conduct Talent Identification (TI), Development and 3 on 3 Camps across South Australia
These camps are for Under 12, Under 14, and Under 16 boys and girls during school holidays. The camps are 2 to 3 days long, and held at Pasadena, Wayville and Port Adelaide Stadiums.
TI camps are an important factor in selecting players for the Futures and NITP Programs, and State Teams, but are also a great development opportunity for players across clubs and associations.
Talent Identification camps are aimed at District competition Division 1 players who aspire to elite level competition. Only players identified as being among the most talented in the state are nominated by their District Club to attend the camp.
Development Camps are aimed at Division 1 and 2 players. The camps aim to develop players to improve their ability to compete at higher levels of competition.
