Congratulations to Norwood Flames Women and Forestville Eages Men who have been crowned 2012 CABL Champions.
The Norwood Flames capped off a fantastic 2012 Central ABL Women's season, defeating North Adelaide in the Grand Final 87-67.
The Flames setup the victory with a 22-10 second quarter, and continued the onslaught with a 23-12 third quarter.
Norwood's Amy Lewis was named Grand Final MVP after leading all scorers with 26.
The Forestville Eagles are the 2012 Central ABL Men's Premiers, defeating Sturt in overtime, 86-78.
Up 16 with 9 minutes to go, Sturt looked almost home, before Forestville went on a 24-8 run to force overtime.
Forestville's Adam Doyle was the Grand Final MVP, playing all 45 minutes and scoring 23 points.
