Coaching School
To begin at St Clair Recreation Centre on Saturday 22 October.
Are you a current U16, U18 or Youth League Player or Parent and would like to know how to coach a Junior Domestic Basketball team and receive constant feedback while you coach from current district and ABA coaches?
If yes, then you can attend a new program organised by Basketball SA at St Clair Recreation Centre entitled ‘Coaches School’.
Some of the topics covered include:
1) Coaching Junior Players Ball Handling / Dribbling
2) Passing / Receiving and Spacing
3) Shooting Fundamentals + lay-ups
4) Team Skills
First session begins on Saturday 22nd October from 10:30 – 11:30 and runs for 8 weeks.
Cost is free!!!!
During or at completion of the course participants are given a team to coach throughout the Summer Season at the Junior Domestic League at St Clair or Port Adelaide and shall receive constant feedback throughout the season.
