The Basketball SA Competitions Administrator plays an active role supporting the Competitions Manager and CEO to deliver the states elite basketball competitions to over 6,000 participants.

The Competitions Administrator will also be an important part of the leadership team to provide input into continuous business improvement and strategy development.
The role will suit someone with strong administrative efficiency, confidence using software applications, problem solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will be self motivated, enthusiastic and work well in a team environment.
Desirable - Sport and recreation management qualifications and/or competition management experience. The role is suitable for recent graduates with on the job training and development provided.
General work hours for the role will be performed Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm with some weekend and evening work required.
Basketball SA is the peak body for the sport in South Australia delivering state level competitions, high performance, development programs, infrastructure management and planning, and a range of member support and pathway programs.
